Nawazuddin Siddiqui to play a character with grey shade in Munna Michael
The unconventional actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui wooed hearts with his grey and complex roles in films like Kick, Badlapur among others and now he has been signed for Sabbir Khan's forthcoming romantic musical Munna Michael. The film will have Nawaz in a grey shaded role but it will also have him grooving to well-choreographed songs.
Munna Michael is about a wannabe Michael Jackson who lives on the streets of Teen Batti in Mumbai which will star Tiger Shroff in the lead role. Producer Viki Rajani exclaimed that the role is tailor made for Nawaz and on the other hand, Siddiqui too expressed his excitement about being a part of the film and was all praises for the script. While filmmaker Sabbir continued to appreciate Nawaz's acting skills, he also added that the audience will get to see him dancing a lot more in the film.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui is currently gearing up for films like Sohail Khan's Ali and Kushan Nandy's much delayed film Babumoshai Bandokbaaz.
